After you have read the instructions, selected your choice of classes, completed all registration forms (Conference Registration and attached payment (Visa or MC for FAX; Check, MO, Visa or MC for US Mail), send the forms to:

DoubleTree by Hilton of San Jose located in San Jose, California is our primary hotel and is offering room rates starting at $128 per night. Reservations must be made directly with the hotel. Early registration is advised as there are a limited number of rooms being held. The deadline for the rate is July 23, 2013.
