CDRP INC., who put out Clip art Warehouse Volume 2 100% royalty free CDROM. It carries the following usage restrictions:

"Use of this software and data carries certain restrictions as follows: The image files on this disc includes both public domain and proprietary images. The images may not be duplicated or distributed except as provided herein. You may use the illustrations for any commercial or non commercial application as long as the image (altered or otherwise) is not resold in a collection of Clip art."

Nova Development Corporation, who put out Web Explosion 20,000, a Web graphics package. It carries the following notice:
